Countryside Retirement Community is seeking a motivated individual with experience and knowledge of snow removal, lawn care, installation of appliances, minor repairs, painting, laying floor/carpet. Plumbing and HVAC are preferred but not required.
- Monday- Friday 8am to 5pm are the usual hours with rotating on call to respond to emergencies
- Position is full time but will consider filling it with two part time applicants
- $15 per hour starting wage but will consider experience when making a job offer
