Countryside Care Center is seeking an Admissions Coordinator. In addition to managing insurance verifications, tracking referrals and a variety of other administrative duties, the admissions coordinator will be a liaison between new admits/family members/administrator/facility staff/hospital case managers and making assessments to determine if potential new admits will receive best possible care at our facility. Must be able to to communicate in a professional yet compassionate manner, have excellent communication and follow up skills, excellent computer skills, and outstanding attendance. Prior experience with insurance authorizations preferred.
This is a Monday-Friday position with typical hours from 8a-4:30p with a half hour lunch. There are occasional on call duties after hours or on weekends that can be performed remotely, but otherwise weekends and holidays off.
