Our remodeled rooms feature wall mounted LCD televisions, new flooring and furniture to fit your needs. Whether it be for a short term stay or a few months of care, our trained and caring staff will be with you every step of the way.

Countryside accepts Medicare, numerous secondary insurances, Medicare HMO’s and Medicaid. Your rehabilitation stay may be covered by your insurance for up to 100 days with little or no cost.
