This event is for our Countryside Residents.  Join Ganton Home Health in the NEW Court Bistro for a FREE Heart Health Clinic. Come learn the signs and symptoms of Heart Disease, get your blood pressure checked and learn how diet, nutrition and exercise programs can help prevent heart disease.  Questions? call 517-990-6444

This event is open to the public and our residents/family members.  All are welcome to attend. This is a great opportunity to learn and share with others who are caring for a loved one with memory loss or for those who want to learn more about the disease process.
